I use GeniusMaker with my nephew whom I am baby-sitting on some days. His mom was afraid that I might be pressuring him to learn but he asks for it at times by asking to be seated on my lap while I am on the computer. He is particularly interested in pictures of animals and I have introduced some of my own besides that which comes with the program. He is also fascinated with flowers, birds, dogs and you can see the amazement in his eyes as you flash them.
He does the actions in the action words Since he is only 1 year old and is just beginning to talk, he surprised his grandmother last week by saying 'dog' when he saw a dog. I hope that this will be his introduction to not only reading but also learning new words.

I have been trying to teach my son math with self made flashcards and it is a real chore. It takes up a lot of my time preparing them and I always have a fear that somehow, I've missed out a few dots so I always ended up counting the cards again. With the GeniusMaker, things are really easy. I use the built-in calculator function, I can adjust the color and the speed. What a great help.
It truly is a product that is worth every cent. I'd thought of getting more expensive eduational software online, but there are more expensive and why bother?... the GeniusMaker works fine! Two thumbs up!
